Before launching Bloom & Co, I spent several years working with a local French caterer committed to fresh, seasonal cuisine and heartfelt service. There, I learned to master the rhythm of an event: how timing, coordination, and attention to every course, toast, and transition can shape the atmosphere of a celebration. That experience taught me that a successful wedding is not just beautiful, it flows. It respects the moment, the mood, the people.
